Eliminate Fat with Cardio

In the 15-year career, without knowing you have put on weight as much as 20 pounds! Well, it really bothers you. When the intention to lose weight is still high enough, you immediately take strict diet.

When you are determined to get a healthy weight, a concept owned by most people is to become thinner. In fact, being thinner does not always mean losing weight. You can be thinner without seeing a change in the shape of your body. This happens when you do sports. Lost from your body is your body fat, and that you get is a muscle. You also may be the same weight, just woke up from weight is muscle mass.

According to health experts, most effective exercise to lose body fat is by doing cardio exercises. Which include cardio exercises include aerobics, running, sprinting (short distances), static cycling, tae bo, and walking or brisk walking. Simple, right?

Advice from the experts, the exercise should be done between 20-60 minutes, or 30-40 minutes per session. Cardio exercise should be done at least three days a week, and a maximum of four or five days a week.

With cardio training, of course, you will burn calories. The number of calories burned during exercise depends on your current weight, and type of exercise you do.

Strengthens the heart

The principle of cardio exercise is to increase the heart rate between 60-85 percent of the maximum rate, or pulse the fastest your heart can do. Normal adult heart rate between 60-100 bpm (beats per minute). Trained athletes, heart rate ranged between 40-60 bpm. You are accustomed to practicing cardio may also have a lower heart rate, indicating a more efficient heart function. The heart and lungs became more powerful.

You can measure the pulse of your own home, that is by checking the pulse. Put your two fingers (index finger and middle finger) on the wrist, or neck (near the throat). When you finally feel the pulse, see the hour hand and count the number detakannya in 15 seconds. Multiply that number by 4, to determine the heart rate per minute.

All you need to know, the heart rate is high or low may indicate a problem. You need to consult a doctor if your heart rate above 100 bpm (tachycardia) or below 60 bpm (bradycardia), especially if you show other symptoms such as dizziness, shortness of breath, and even fainting. You can actually have a heart attack in conditions like this.
